Biggest LoserTrackDiet.com FAQ

These are some of the frequently asked questions (FAQs) about TrackDiet.com and how to use the site. If your question isn't answered here, please feel free to

1. Is it really free?

Yes, it really is free. You’ll have the option of signing up via TrialPay in which if you sign up for a free trial to something like Netflix, you’ll get the challenge free. You’ll then be able to cancel that trial on Netflix at anytime! Instead of charging a bunch of money, we make money through placing ads on our site. And since most of the ads are relevant to helping you lose weight, it pays enough to keep the site going. And we appreciate you clicking on any advertisements you might find useful.

2. How do I start a challenge?

The first thing you need to do is register for your free account. Once your account is created, you can start the new challenge here. That's all there is to it.

3. Why does my name appear on the challenge lists?

The name that appears on the challenge list is your "user name" and not your actual name. However, if you set your user name to be your first and last name (which it is by default). If you'd like to change that, you'll need to contact us. (We're working on a way to edit your account directly, but it's not active yet.)

4. Why do my stats look different on challenge lists?

The stats for your personal page are based on all of your weight entries (from the first to the last entries you've made.

The stats for the challenge page are based on weights from your account between the challenge start date and the challenge end date. The weights in your account before and after those dates won't count toward any percentage weight loss.

5. Will everybody see my weight?

No! Only you will see your actual weight! We understand how personal your weight can be, so we only show actual weight amounts to you. For challenges, we only show percentages of weight loss.

6. Why are my percentages wrong?

They aren't wrong - they're based on weights within a challenge. Weights before and after a challenge are not used to calculate percentages - that would be cheating because you'd have extra days. You can read more about it.
